They shared this information in a video message at 4:15 am on Tuesday. The main leaders in the video were Nahid Islam, Asif Mahmud, and Abu Bakar Mazumdar.
On Monday night, Nahid said they would create a plan for a new government within 24 hours. However, due to ongoing violence, they decided to announce their plan quickly, even in the middle of the night.

This decision was made after a meeting at Bangabhaban with leaders of the Army, Navy, Air Force, political parties, and civil society.
