A shocking case emerged in Delaware as U.S. authorities arrested a 25-year-old Pakistani-American student, Luqman Khan, for allegedly planning a mass shooting targeting the University of Delaware Police Department.
Luqman was stopped just before midnight on November 24 when police pulled over his pickup truck in Canby Park West. Officers say he acted suspiciously and refused to step out of the vehicle, leading to his arrest.
Weapons, Attack Notes & “Kill All” Manifesto Recovered
*During the vehicle search, police found:
*A Glock pistol fitted with a kit converting it into a semi-automatic rifle
*Multiple loaded 27-round magazines
*Body armour plates
*A handwritten notebook outlining a detailed attack plan
The notebook reportedly included:
*A sketch of the University of Delaware Police headquarters
*Entry and exit strategies
*Notes containing phrases like “kill all” and “martyrdom”
Instructions on how to evade police during the attack
Investigators called it a “premeditated assault plan” with elements resembling warfare techniques.
FBI Raid Uncovers More Weapons
On November 25, the FBI raided Luqman’s home and found additional advanced firearms. Authorities confirmed he is a Pakistani-born American citizen and a former University of Delaware student.
Police sources say Luqman claimed that achieving martyrdom was “one of the greatest things you can do.”
No Prior Criminal Record, Court Appearance on December 11
Despite the alarming discovery, officials say Luqman had no previous criminal history. He now faces charges including:
Illegal possession of a machine gun
Planning an armed attack
He is scheduled to appear in court on December 11 as investigations continue.
