Journalists in Gaza are no longer dying from bullets — they’re dying from hunger. Global media outlets have raised alarm, saying local reporters are starving under Israel’s siege.

In a rare joint statement, BBC, Reuters, AFP, AP, and others revealed that the very journalists who’ve been risking their lives to report from Gaza’s war zones are now struggling to survive themselves. They have no food, no energy, and no way to feed their families.

An AFP photographer posted, “My body can’t keep going anymore.” The agency said extreme hunger, exhaustion, and constant danger have made reporting nearly impossible.
The global media is urging Israel to let these journalists leave Gaza and to allow emergency aid in — before the last voices of truth are silenced.
With foreign reporters banned from entering Gaza, it’s only local Palestinian journalists keeping the world informed. And now, those frontline storytellers are at risk of starving to death if the world doesn’t act fast.
