Pakistan’s First PSB Bodybuilding Championship Flexes National Power

Islamabad turned into a powerhouse of muscle and might as it hosted the first-ever National PSB Bodybuilding and Physique Championship 2025. A total of 122 bodybuilders from across the country clashed in 23 fierce categories, including Senior, Junior, Master, Athletic Physique, and Sports Physique.

Judged by experts from the World and Asian Bodybuilding Federations and seasoned provincial officials, the event celebrated raw power, symmetry, and discipline.

At the end of a high-voltage showdown, 8 standout athletes emerged as the best of the best —
Ijaz Ahmed, Farsat Ali, Mohsin Iqbal, Muhammad Shakeel, Bilal Ahmed, Usama Saeed, Haroon Rasheed, and Faizan Gul — all securing their place at the upcoming 57th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2025.

Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation’s Secretary General Sohail Anwar, the event’s chief guest, lauded the Pakistan Sports Board for supporting both the championship and the country’s first anti-doping awareness seminar.

“We’re not just building physiques — we’re building a national legacy. And our champions will prove it,” said Anwar, signaling a new era for bodybuilding in Pakistan.

Key sports officials including Saeed Akhtar, Nasrullah Rana, Farman Khan, Sohail Gul, and renowned nutritionist Dr. Nabeel were also present, adding weight to this historic occasion.
