🚨In a fiery interview with a private TV channel, Test cricketer Umar Akmal accused former coach Waqar Younis of destroying his career out of jealousy.
Akmal revealed that Waqar couldn’t tolerate young players doing well or living well. “He didn’t drop me for poor performance,” Akmal said. “He kicked me out because I bought a new car and wore branded clothes.”
He added that whenever he showed up in style, Waqar would taunt him, saying, “You’ve got too much money now.” Akmal also mentioned that fellow cricketers like Rana Naved-ul-Hasan would back his claims.
