Match Fixing or Mistake – UAE Bowler’s ‘Extra Long’ No-Ball Sparks Social Media Frenzy

-

In the ongoing T10 League in Abu Dhabi, UAE’s local fast bowler Hazrat Bilal bowled a no-ball against New York Strikers while playing for the Samp Army, which has raised eyebrows and reminded many of the infamous spot-fixing scandal involving Mohammad Amir in 2010.

The video of the no-ball bowled by the fast bowler is quickly going viral on social media platforms. The no-ball, delivered well ahead of the front foot crease, left commentators stunned. The free hit resulting from the no-ball was hit for a six. After witnessing Bilal’s no-ball, social media users began comparing it to Mohammad Amir’s notorious no-ball, expressing doubts and sharing their concerns.

Hazrat Bilal, a fast bowler from the UAE, has also played 7 One Day International matches.
