Ponting lauded Pakistan’s recent outstanding form, particularly in one-day cricket, and noted that their unpredictable nature might work in their favor.
“Pakistan’s one-day cricket has been absolutely outstanding recently,” said Ponting. “While they can be unpredictable, they seem to have sorted things out.” With ODI series victories over world champions Australia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa, the Green Shirts are coming into the tournament with a lot of confidence.
