“We’ve officially been granted a walkover,” Kamil confirmed. “WCL made it clear: if a team refuses to play, the other goes through. That’s exactly what happened—we’re in the final!”
Shrugging off the semi-final snub, he added, “It makes no difference. With the cricket we’re playing, the result would’ve been the same on the field. We were ready, no matter who the opponent was.”
With confidence high, Kamil reminded fans, “Be it Australia or South Africa in the final—we’ve already beaten both in the group stage.”
