Spinner Sufyan Maqeem delivered his best-ever bowling performance, taking 5 wickets for just 3 runs.
In addition to him, Abbas Afridi took two wickets, while Haris Rauf, Salman Ali Agha, and Abrar Ahmed each took one wicket.
Zimbabwe’s openers, Brian Bennett made 21 runs, and Tadiwanashe Marumani scored 16 runs, while no other player could reach double figures, with three players getting out for a duck.
Pakistan’s opening batsmen easily chased the 58-run target without losing a wicket, completing the target in the sixth over.
With this victory, Pakistan won their first T20 match against Zimbabwe.
For the second T20, Pakistan’s final eleven included Salman Ali Agha, Saeem Ayub, Umair Bin Yusuf, Usman Khan, Tayyab Tahir, Irfan Khan, Jehandad Khan, Abbas Afridi, Haris Rauf, Abrar Ahmed, and Sufyan Maqeem.
The Green Shirts had previously outclassed the home team in the first T20 match, securing a 57-run victory.
With this win, Pakistan gained an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the series.
