As Pakistan celebrates a series win against Zimbabwe, Kamran Ghulum’s impressive century in the third ODI has made him one of the standout performers.

Speaking at a press conference after Pakistan’s victory in the third ODI and securing the series against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo, Kamran shared that his debut century against England had boosted his confidence significantly.
He added that his century against Zimbabwe would only strengthen his belief. Having previously toured Zimbabwe with Pakistan Shaheens, he had a good understanding of the conditions.
Kamran also noted that the win against Australia had given the team more confidence, and he felt no pressure. He acknowledged the great support from Captain Mohammad Rizwan during his innings. “My goal is to perform, and it’s important for me to keep working hard, as the rewards will come,” he said.
He also mentioned that he’s preparing for the Champions Trophy and the upcoming series against South Africa. Reflecting on his batting performance, Kamran mentioned that the wicket wasn’t easy to bat on at the start, so he took his time to settle in. “It’s much easier when the captain is with you at the crease,” he added.
Kamran concluded by saying that if given the chance in the South Africa series, he hopes to perform well and contribute to the team’s success.
