Javed recently addressed Pakistan’s disappointing Champions Trophy 2025 performance, attributing it to constant coaching changes. Gillespie, however, disagreed, claiming Javed had been “campaigning to be the coach in all formats” while deliberately undermining him and Gary Kirsten.
