Should there be a sequel to ‘Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum’?

The conclusion of the beloved Pakistani drama Kabhi Mein Kabhi Tum has left fans wondering if a movie should be made to extend the story. At a recent cinema screening, actress Nadia Khan suggested that the on-screen chemistry between Mustafa and Shereena could attract viewers to theaters. She proposed exploring their future together in a film.

However, director Badar Mahmood quickly dismissed the idea, stating it was premature. He explained that the drama’s success was the result of a collaborative team effort, and altering any part of that would risk changing its essence. While many fans feared a tragic ending for Fahad Mustafa’s character in the final episodes, the show wrapped up with a positive, feel-good conclusion, satisfying audience expectations for an uplifting end.
