In an era where personal choices often spark public debate, Bushra Ansari stands undeterred, boldly addressing critics with her signature grace and wit.
Legendary Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has responded to criticism from social media users.
Like many other artists, Bushra Ansari has ventured into vlogging. On her channel, she frequently discusses household matters, issues faced by married women, relationships with sons-in-law, and societal concerns.
In a recent vlog, the 68-year-old actress opened up about her lively personality, her second marriage, and the criticism surrounding it.
She addressed the backlash, saying, “People tell me that at this age, I should focus solely on worship. I do remember Allah five times a day, but everyone has their own way of connecting with Him.”
Bushra also touched upon questions about her second marriage, saying, “People ask me how I got married again after 36 years. I tell them, I didn’t plan it; it just happened. It was Allah’s will for me to marry at this age.”
She further explained, “I raised my children, married them off, and looked after their kids before I got married. If someone had asked me to remarry when my daughters were young, I would never have agreed, not even for millions of rupees.”
Bushra concluded by saying, “I’ve always earned and lived on my own. Perhaps I wouldn’t have remarried even now, but when a person is alone, what Allah has written for them eventually comes to pass.”
