Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s COSTAO-A Gripping Biographical Drama Teaser Unveiled

-

Prepare for a cinematic thrill ride! The teaser for COSTAO, a captivating biographical drama starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has finally been released, and it’s every bit as intense as expected. Siddiqui steps into the shoes of Costao Fernandes, a bold and relentless customs officer from Goa who took on a notorious smuggling ring in the 1990s.

Directed by Sejal Shah, COSTAO brings the remarkable real-life story of Fernandes to the big screen. The teaser teases a mesmerizing performance from Nawazuddin, capturing both the personal sacrifices and professional obstacles faced by this unsung hero.

With an all-star production team including Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Bhavesh Mandalia, Sejal Shah, Shyam Sunder, and Faizuddin Siddiqui, and presented by Bhanushali Studios Limited in collaboration with Bombay Fables Motion Pictures, COSTAO promises to deliver a gripping narrative about one man’s fight to disrupt India’s largest gold smuggling attempt. The film raises the compelling question: How much is one’s integrity truly worth when the stakes are life and death?

Excitement is also building as Jaideep Ahlawat, best known for his role as Shahid Khan in Gangs of Wasseypur, dropped a hint of a reunion with his iconic co-stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Manoj Bajpayee. The trio, who brought Faizal Khan and Sardar Khan to life in Gangs of Wasseypur, recently shared a selfie together, fueling speculation about a new project or reunion. The caption “Baap Ka Dada Ka Sabka” and the nostalgic background track Jiya Tu from the film added to the intrigue. Fans are eagerly awaiting what comes next from this powerhouse trio.
