FWICE threatens to brand Indian stars as traitors for working with Pakistanis
Diljit Dosanjh has landed in the middle of a storm! The beloved singer-actor is facing fierce calls for a boycott after reports surfaced that Pakistani star Hania Aamir might feature in his upcoming film Sardaar Ji 3.

The outrage comes on the heels of the deadly Pahalgam attack in India-held Kashmir, where 26 civilians lost their lives. The tragedy has reignited a total ban on Pakistani artists in India — and now Dosanjh finds himself at the center of the fire.
FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) is fuming. Its president, BN Tiwari, has warned that any Indian artist teaming up with Pakistani talent will be labeled “non-cooperative” — or worse, branded a traitor. Blacklists are on the table for anyone defying the collective industry ban.
FWICE has even urged India’s censor board to block Sardaar Ji 3 from release, citing national security concerns amid rising tensions.
The controversy exploded after Dosanjh dropped behind-the-scenes snaps from the film’s set. Fans were quick to spot familiar faces and hinted at Hania’s secret involvement — along with other Pakistani actors. Dosanjh tried to douse the flames with clarifications, but the backlash shows no signs of slowing down.
