Bollywood star Salman Khan recently shared a surprising revelation about Shah Rukh Khan’s luxurious Mumbai residence, “Mannat.”
In an Indian media interview, Salman revealed that he was initially offered the chance to buy the iconic beachfront bungalow, which today is famously known as Mannat.
At the time of the offer, Salman was already a major star in the film industry. However, when he discussed the purchase with his father, Salim Khan, his father declined, asking, “What would we do with such a big house?”
Following his father’s advice, Salman ultimately decided not to buy the property.
Today, Mannat is one of Mumbai’s most well-known homes. Shah Rukh Khan bought the villa for 13.32 crore INR, and its value has now increased to over 200 crore INR. The residence’s design was personally done by Shah Rukh’s wife, Gauri Khan.
