The couple first met at a friend’s house, and Abbasi revealed that Haider was the one who proposed. She also addressed speculation about his profession, clarifying that he is a businessman, not a photographer.
Abbasi announced her engagement in May and confirmed her marriage shortly thereafter. She was previously married to actor Shamoon Abbasi from 1997 to 2009 and has a daughter, Anzela Abbasi, who is also an actress.
