India’s batting crumbled on the final day, losing seven wickets for just 34 runs and getting bowled out for 155. Australia secured a dominant 184-run victory, taking a 2-1 lead in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
KL Rahul, who had made 24 in the first innings, was out for a duck in the second, leaving India struggling to chase down 340. Athiya Shetty, sitting in the stands with Anushka Sharma, couldn’t hide her shock as Rahul’s dismissal unfolded.
