Actor Agha Ali has confirmed his divorce, addressing two years of marriage rumors.
After two years of speculation, Agha Ali has confirmed the news, stating that he never imagined his marriage would end, but he is now content with his life.
He expressed his gratitude that the divorce occurred before they had children, explaining that, having grown up without a father, he understands the pain of a child missing a parental figure.
Agha Ali shared that he lost his father at the age of five, growing up without a father’s presence, and he knows the emotional toll it takes.
He emphasized that nothing is more painful for a child than growing up without both parents, which is why he is thankful that his marriage ended before having children.
While confirming the divorce, Agha Ali admitted he never thought his marriage would end this way. He remarked that when a person enters a relationship willingly, they should give it their all—body, mind, and soul—to make it work.
However, he added, when a relationship fails despite every effort, it is better to end it with dignity.
Although Agha Ali confirmed the end of his marriage, he did not reveal the exact timing or reasons for the divorce.
Both Agha Ali and Hina Altaf were praised by actor Ahmad Ali Butt for handling the divorce gracefully and refraining from blaming each other.
Rumors of their separation began circulating in early 2022, but Agha Ali initially dismissed them. However, over time, reports of their divorce persisted, and the two have not been seen together for over two years.
Neither of them responded to the rumors during this period.
In August 2024, TV host Madiha Naqvi confirmed the divorce on her show but later apologized for her statement.
Now, for the first time, Agha Ali has publicly acknowledged his divorce with a smile, admitting that while he never imagined it, he is now living a happy life.
Agha Ali and Hina Altaf were married in May 2020 after a period of dating, but their marriage lasted only two years.
