Sahil Adeem Declared Fugitive in Court Case

A court in Karachi has declared Sahil Adeem a fugitive after he failed to appear despite an outstanding arrest warrant.

A court in Karachi has declared Sahil Adeem a fugitive after he failed to appear despite an outstanding arrest warrant.

Sahil Adeem did not show up in court despite a non-bailable arrest warrant issued against him. The Judicial Magistrate South’s court in Karachi was hearing the case regarding his offensive remarks against the Sindhi community.

Advocate Abdul Fatah Chandio informed the court that Sahil Adeem had not complied with the warrant. The court was asked to issue an order for his arrest wherever he may be found.

The investigation officer stated they have been unable to locate the accused and there is little hope of arresting him anytime soon.

Considering the investigation report, the court officially declared Sahil Adeem a fugitive. The case was filed at the City Court police station on behalf of Advocate Abdul Fatah Chandio.
