Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz expressed on Wednesday that the Punjab Government aimed to empower youth through IT skills and digital education initiatives.
During a meeting with MPA Adnan Chattha, the Punjab CM discussed matters concerning social welfare. MPA Chattha commended the CM for her dedicated efforts for the people of Punjab in the first 100 days of the government.
Chattha praised the CM for the Youth Skill Development Initiative and advancements in Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority.
CM Maryam highlighted that the Youth Skill Development Initiative would mark a new era of prosperity in Punjab by ensuring a promising future for young people.
Emphasizing the importance of skill education, she mentioned that 40,000 students would benefit from the initiative, with courses being offered free of cost at training centers.
She expressed hope that these courses would enable students to achieve financial independence to support their families.
Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Special Assistant Zeeshan Malik, Chief Secretary, and Principal Secretary were also present at the meeting.
