Ceasefire ink barely dry — now the real planning begins. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has summoned an All-Parties Conference (APC) today (Tuesday) at 12 PM in Islamabad to consult Pakistan’s political leadership on the country’s post-war roadmap, following the conclusion of Operation Bunyanum Marsoos and the subsequent ceasefire agreement.
According to official sources, the Prime Minister will brief political stakeholders on the current situation and take them into confidence regarding Pakistan’s security posture, diplomatic efforts, and long-term defense strategy.
National Spirit in Focus: Marka-e-Haq & Day of Gratitude
The APC comes on the heels of two major national announcements:
May 10 declared as Marka-e-Haq Day — celebrating the bravery and excellence of Pakistan’s Armed Forces.
May 16 (Friday) announced as Day of Gratitude — to offer special prayers nationwide for the country’s prosperity, strength, and military success.

“May 10 is a golden chapter in Pakistan’s defense history. The professional capabilities of our brave forces have made us proud, Special prayers will be held across the country on May 16 to thank Allah Almighty.”
Massive Relief & Compensation Package Announced
The Prime Minister also unveiled a comprehensive relief package for citizens affected by Indian aggression and the families of martyrs, vowing that the state stands firmly behind its heroes.
Key Highlights:
Rs10 million for families of civilian martyrs
Rs1–2 million for injured civilians
Rs10–18 million for Pakistan Army martyrs’ families (based on rank)
Home allowance ranging from Rs19 million to Rs42 million
Full salary & allowances continued till martyrs’ scheduled retirement
Free education till graduation for martyrs’ children
Rs1 million marriage grant for one daughter of each martyr
Rs2–5 million for injured military personnel (based on severity)
Reconstruction of homes and mosques damaged during attacks
Complete medical treatment for the injured — state-covered
National awards and recognition for individuals defending Pakistan’s sovereignty
Across the Border: Modi Issues Fresh Threats
In a televised speech, Indian PM Narendra Modi escalated rhetoric, saying:
“Operation Sindoor is suspended, not ended. Pakistan must act against terrorists and terror facilities. Every step Pakistan takes will now be judged.”
