Pakistani martial artist Muhammad Rashid Naseem has achieved a new Guinness World Record by crushing 39 cans with his head within just 30 seconds.
The attempt, shared by Guinness World Records on social media recently, showcased his remarkable feat.
Naseem’s journey in breaking records began in 2013 when he set the record for removing 40 bottle caps in one minute. Since then, he has accumulated numerous Guinness World Records, totaling 101 according to his Facebook profile.
This achievement makes him the only Pakistani to surpass 100 records. Some of his notable accomplishments include crushing the most cans with the head in one minute, the most walnuts crushed by hand in one minute, and the most watermelons crushed with the head in 30 seconds.
