After a meeting between representatives of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan and President Asif Ali Zardari, a breakthrough has been achieved, indicating an end to the deadlock between the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and MQM.
Reportedly, the MQM delegation expressed their concerns regarding the Sindh government during the meeting, prompting President Zardari to instruct Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Sindh Interior Minister to address these issues.
A gathering between the Sindh government and MQM leaders is set to occur at the Chief Minister’s House to resolve the specifics.
Insiders disclosed that both sides have committed to collaborating for the province’s improvement and ensuring peace and stability.
This development signifies a notable shift in the political scene, as MQM has opted to alter its approach toward the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N).
