Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh marked Independence Day with a remarkable gesture of generosity.
To celebrate and support his community, he distributed free petrol to thousands of motorcyclists and rickshaw drivers.
As part of his unique celebration, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh provided 5 liters of free petrol to over 10,000 motorcyclists and plans to extend the offer to more than 5,000 rickshaws.
He had announced that anyone arriving at his office with a Pakistani flag on their motorcycle on Independence Day would receive 5 liters of free petrol.
On the day, from 9 AM to 8 PM, the minister successfully distributed 5 liters of free petrol to over 10,000 motorcyclists, with a similar distribution scheduled for rickshaws on August 15.
Additionally, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh revealed plans to reduce electricity prices and offer up to 200 units of free electricity.
He also committed to covering all educational expenses for any student from his constituency admitted to a college or university on merit and providing a gift to every girl getting married.
