In his address to journalists, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah outlined the ambitious reconstruction efforts in the wake of devastating floods, aiming to rebuild 2.1 million homes for over 12.6 million affected individuals.

With a funding of Rs39 billion allocated for essential sanitation facilities, the government underscores its commitment to comprehensive rehabilitation.

Shah emphasized the proactive approach, leveraging international support and strategic financing, to bridge the remaining funding gap.

Underlining the program’s progress, he highlighted the utilization of cutting-edge technologies and transparent management systems, empowering beneficiaries in the reconstruction process.

This monumental initiative reflects a steadfast commitment to resilience and restoration, echoing the vision of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari in championing sustainable recovery efforts.
