Kuala Lumpur Renowned Indian scholar and preacher Dr. Zakir Naik has announced his long-awaited visit to Pakistan, calling it a dream come true.
In his online program Ask Dr. Zakir, he stated that, God willing, he plans to visit Pakistan in October, where he will give lectures in major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This trip is being made at the invitation of the government.
Dr. Naik mentioned that he has received numerous invitations from various universities and cities across Pakistan. However, due to time constraints, he won’t be able to accept all of them. “We receive hundreds of new invitations daily, but we will select a few,” he said. He confirmed that the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad has already been chosen as one of the venues.
He expressed enthusiasm, noting that he has received more invitations from Pakistan in the past few decades than anywhere else. “This will be my first official visit. I came to Pakistan in 1991 to meet Dr. Israr Ahmed, but this will mark my first formal arrival.”
In conclusion, he expressed hope that his visit would be beneficial and successful for both him and his audience.
