Media Mogul Weds Russian-Born Molecular Biologist Elena Zhukova
Media tycoon Rupert Murdoch, aged 93, has entered into his fifth marriage, exchanging vows with Elena Zhukova, a retired molecular biologist of Russian origin.
The wedding ceremony took place at Murdoch’s vineyard estate in Bel Air, California, less than three months after the couple’s engagement announcement. Photographs published by Murdoch’s tabloid, The Sun, depicted the groom in a black suit with a yellow tie, while the bride stunned in an off-the-shoulder white gown.
Notable guests in attendance included Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, and Robert Thomson, chief executive of News Corp.
This union follows Murdoch’s divorce from model and actress Jerry Hall in 2022, adding to his list of previous marriages to Wendi Deng, Anna Torv, and Patricia Booker.
