Ingredients:
- 500g beef, thinly sliced into pasanday (fillets)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the beef pasanday with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
