TRANSGENDER PERSONS ACT 2018.

Their second boy was born with congenital limb defects meaning he had a deformed leg. His heartbroken parents did everything in their power to fix things for their beloved son. Getting him a prosthetic leg after the amputation was the only choice they had.
While they took all the measures, a strange thing happened in the meantime. Their firstborn developed an obsession with the prosthetic leg. The idea of getting his leg replaced with a shiny metallic leg became his fantasy.
The child became so obsessed that he started limping, begging his parents to get him a new leg. His parents thought it was just a phase, but when he stopped walking altogether. They took him to the doctor.
The boy was diagnosed with a rare condition called (BIID) Body Integrity Identity Disorder. The doctor said the child is physically fine, but mentally identifies himself as handicapped.
Society told his parents that the child had the right to get his leg amputated because it was his body, his life, and his choice.
This lame, make-believe story sounds bizarre right? What’s weirder is the fact that the world has come to a similar level where gender reassignment surgeries of otherwise healthy persons have become way too common.
People self-identify their gender rejecting the bodies they were born with. The iniquity is, not only that it’s legal in so many countries, but the agenda of LGBTQ is being stuffed down the throats of all the residents of the world with manipulated information and media content.
Therefore, let this be made clear that transgender individuals are different from intersex people. Intersex people are those individuals whose chromosomes or gonads or genitals do not identify with the male or female bodies. In short, intersex people are born with a deformity, while transgender ‘believes’ they were born in the wrong bodies.
There is no conflict that Intersex individuals deserve equal rights and opportunities like any other citizen. However, it came as a pleasant surprise, when the nation struggling with honor killings, missing person cases, and child labor horrors, sanctioned very progressive legislation for the rights of the intersex community. It could have been a great achievement but perhaps there was more to the story.
The irony is how they came up with a straightforward name for such tricky legislation. The ‘Transgender Persons Act 2018’ apart from granting basic, genuine rights to the “intersex” community, is benefitting the “transgender” agenda more. Making it legal to change gender identity as per the wishes, permitting gender reassignment surgeries, and subsequently paving the way for gay marriages and homosexuality.
The majority approved the legislation but was challenged by a few religious parties. Senator Mushtaq of Jamat e Islami is the one who introduced amendments to the dubious parts of the bill. His proposal of amendments is subject to approval or rejection in October.
A massive public awareness campaign was also launched to better understand the issue.
It is generally believed that although Pakistanis fully endorse the intersex community but are not yet ready to facilitate transgenderism or homosexuality.
They will perhaps be needing much higher doses of Netflix propaganda and detachment from their values and beliefs before they knowingly accept such propositions.
