Would you spend AED 500 for a chance to own a dazzling 24-karat gold-plated Tesla Cybertruck?

Dubai’s Gold Souk Extension is offering visitors the opportunity to win this one-of-a-kind futuristic marvel, blending luxury and innovation in a way only Dubai can.

Dubai’s Gold Souk Extension has raised the bar for luxury by showcasing a dazzling 24-karat gold-plated Tesla Cybertruck. Known for its futuristic design, this one-of-a-kind vehicle isn’t just for display—it’s the grand prize in a lucky draw open to shoppers.

Visitors to the souk can enter the raffle by spending AED 500 or more between November 14 and December 29. The lucky winner of this ultra-luxurious Cybertruck will be announced on December 29.

Creating a gold-plated Cybertruck is no ordinary feat. Its stainless-steel chassis, designed for strength and durability, makes it challenging to plate with gold. The intricate process involves etching the steel with acid, chemical treatments, and a specialized gold spray mixed with cobalt to ensure the coating adheres flawlessly.

Tesla’s Cybertruck debuted globally in 2023, boasting a bulletproof exoskeleton, shatterproof windows, and impressive performance stats, including a 400-km range, a 0-100 kph sprint in 6.7 seconds, and a top speed of 180 kph.

Dubai has embraced the Cybertruck’s futuristic allure, with the Dubai Police adding it to their luxury patrol fleet earlier this year. Additionally, the emirate hosts a rentable Tesla Cybertruck, introduced by Russian entrepreneur Kirill Sosnovyi, available for AED 700 per hour or AED 2,800 per day.

Whether admired for its bold stainless-steel look or its glittering golden transformation, the Cybertruck is undeniably a vehicle for those who crave attention. Shoppers at the Gold Souk have until December 29 to witness this automotive marvel and try their luck at winning the ultimate prize.
