Pakistan’s Defense Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) is preparing for the 12th International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS), a key event highlighting the country’s advances in defense technology.
Scheduled for November 19-22 at the Karachi Expo Center, the exhibition will prominently display Pakistan’s defense capabilities. A promotional event is planned for August 28.
This biennial event focuses on showcasing locally produced defense equipment and attracts major global defense firms, aiming to boost Pakistan’s defense industry on the international stage.
Recent advancements in both public and private sectors of Pakistan’s defense industry mark significant progress towards self-reliance.
The August 28 event will see attendance from senior government officials, civil servants, diplomats, chamber of commerce leaders, business executives, and media representatives.
DEPO, under the Ministry of Defense Production, organizes this event every two years to display advancements in defense technology and foster global partnerships.
