The announcement was made during a joint meeting between the FPCCI’s Pakistan-China Business Council and the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Investment.
The meeting was co-chaired by FPCCI Senior Vice President Saqib Fayaz Maggo and Meng Xiao Wei, President of the China-Pakistan Research and Innovation Enterprises Alliance, both of whom are leading the charge for this next-level initiative.
Saqib Fayaz Maggo pointed out that this medical city will be built in collaboration with 35 major Chinese business groups—yep, that means international-level healthcare, innovation, and tech all rolled into one.
