Coke Studio releases the first song from Season 15 AAYI AAYI, featuring Noman Ali, Babar Mangi, Marvi and Saiban.

Under the direction of Awais Gohar, Aayi Aayi debuts in Season 15, offering a heartfelt tribute to the rich cultural tapestry of Sindh. With Hashim Ali as the Art Director, the production conjures a striking blend of tradition and history, melding ancient artifacts with motifs from the revered Indus Valley Civilization.

Collaborating artists Noman Ali, Babar Mangi, and local talents Marvi and Saiban each bring their unique musical essence to the forefront, creating a harmonious symphony that mirrors the diverse yet cohesive nature of Pakistan’s culturally rich province.

COKE STUDIO SEASON 15 releases the first song “AAYI AAYI”

The Coke Studio Season 15, features 11 original songs, and has been recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Pakistan’s largest cultural export.

“This season celebrates the enduring power of art, the power of music – the power of love, of warmth and of connection. Each story and world is built on Pakistan’s rich and diverse tapestry: both its heritage and future, fostering a sense of shared identity.” said Xulfi. 

The show showcases the diversity of Pakistani culture, languages, genres, and experiences, all of which are rooted in the country’s intense love of music.

Under the direction of producer and curator Zulfiqar (Xulfi) Jabbar Khan, every song in Season 15 is a team effort, a narrative intertwined with strands of artistic brilliance and brotherhood.

Together with Coke Studio mainstays Zeeshan Parwez and Kamal Khan, the forthcoming season will carry on the tradition of powerful visual storytelling by some of Pakistan’s most progressive directors, such as Awais Gohar, Murtaza Niaz, Jamal Rahman, Zain Peerzada, and Luke Azariah.

When Coke Studio was first launched in Pakistan in 2008, it featured both well-known and up-and-coming musicians from a variety of genres. It soon attracted a sizable and devoted fan base and developed into an international music franchise.
