At Delhi Technological University’s (DTU) Engifest 2025, some individuals in the crowd started throwing stones and bottles at the stage. During his performance, Sonu Nigam urged the audience to remain calm to prevent harm to his team.
Earlier, in February, Sonu Nigam encountered unruly crowd behavior at a concert in Kolkata. Frustrated by the situation, he told the audience to leave the show.
Moreover, in February 2025, despite suffering from severe back pain, Sonu Nigam performed at his concert in Pune. He had mentioned his pain on social media but still went on stage, refusing to disappoint his fans.
In another incident in October 2024, an intoxicated individual jumped on stage during his concert. However, Sonu Nigam reacted swiftly, avoiding harm and continuing his performance.
