The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has implemented a range of essential services, including medical clinics, multilingual translation assistance, religious lessons, and help desks. Worshippers were provided with full meal provisions for iftar, dinner, and suhoor, along with secure lockers and mobile charging stations.

Men were assigned to the western rooftop section, accessible via staircases 6 and 10, while women were accommodated in the northeastern section, entering through doors 24 and 25A. To streamline movement and services, each worshipper received a personal care kit and a wristband for access to designated areas.

These arrangements reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to ensuring a peaceful, well-organized environment for worshippers to devote themselves fully to prayers during the sacred final days of Ramadan.
