Saudi King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have directed authorities to ensure maximum ease for worshippers and pilgrims during Ramadan.
Muslims from around the world continue to arrive at Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi to seek spiritual blessings during the holy month.
According to Saudi media, a massive influx of worshippers and pilgrims is being witnessed at Masjid al-Nabawi, with special arrangements in place for suhoor and iftar. Cooling systems have been set up to protect visitors from the heat, and cold water is provided at multiple locations after iftar.
Officials report that in the first ten days of Ramadan alone, nearly 10 million worshippers have prayed within Masjid an-Nabawi, including its courtyards and rooftop areas.
To ensure smooth movement, traffic around the mosque is being strictly controlled, while security personnel and staff are stationed at all entry and exit points to guide worshippers.
Due to the exceptional arrangements by Saudi authorities, the number of pilgrims and worshippers visiting Masjid an-Nabawi continues to rise each year. King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have reiterated their commitment to providing every possible facility for pilgrims throughout Ramadan.
