Government of Pakistan Announces Changes in Petroleum Price ,impacting diesel, petrol, and other petroleum products.
On Thursday night, the Finance Division issued a notification detailing a rise in petroleum product prices. High-speed diesel is up by PKR 3.85 per liter, while petrol has increased by PKR 1.35 per liter.
According to the notification, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority adjusted the prices to reflect fluctuations in global oil markets. The new rates will be effective from midnight tonight.
With this update, high-speed diesel now costs PKR 248.14 per liter, and petrol is priced at PKR 248.38 per liter. Additionally, kerosene has been reduced by PKR 1.48 per liter, and light diesel by PKR 2.61 per liter.
