The Sindh High Court has issued a heartfelt ruling in the tragic Karsaz road accident case.

On Monday, the Sindh High Court (SHC) granted bail to Natasha Danish, the key figure in this heartbreaking incident, in connection with a related drug case.

The court ordered Natasha to post bail bonds of Rs 1 million, acknowledging the gravity of her circumstances.

She was already on bail for another case tied to the same tragic event.

Previously, on September 13, the additional district and sessions court in Karachi had rejected Natasha’s request for bail, underscoring the seriousness of the matter.

The harrowing accident occurred on August 19 when a speeding car lost control and collided with pedestrians on Karsaz Road.

This devastating event resulted in the deaths of a father and daughter, leaving four others injured and forever altering lives in an instant. The police arrested the woman driving the vehicle that day.

On August 21, a Karachi court ordered Natasha to be held on judicial remand, highlighting the severity of the charges she faces in the wake of this tragedy.
