” She also urged her fans to register to vote. Her post received over 10 million likes, and within 24 hours, 405,999 new visitors accessed the voter registration website. Harris’ campaign team expressed gratitude for Swift’s backing and her influence on the election.
According to Reuters, both Kamala Harris and her Republican opponent, former President Donald Trump, are actively campaigning ahead of the November 5 election. However, Trump downplayed Swift’s support, stating that he’s not a fan.
In the U.S., the legal voting age is 18, but the challenge remains getting young people to register as soon as they are eligible.
