KARACHI: Businessman Zulfiqar Ahmed, known for owning Paracha Textiles, Meezan Oil, and Cola Next, has been kidnapped in Karachi, according to News.
Family sources said Ahmed was last seen being forcibly taken by masked armed men on Mauripur Road in Keamari.
The men took Ahmed and his partner, Qaiser, into a vehicle at gunpoint.
According to group’s manager, Imran, Zulfiqar’s car was intercepted by a black Vigo near the police training center on Mauripur.
The masked men forcibly removed Ahmed and Qaiser from the car and forced them into the Vigo at gunpoint.
After a short distance, the abductors released Qaiser but continued to hold Ahmed.
The family has struggled to file a First Information Report (FIR) with the police, and the case has not yet been registered.
